leading the people behind,

my slow ticking walk to somewhere near

has everyone marching in time.

 

Feel the rhythm drawing you in

two sticks drumming on the ground,

tap tapping, click clicking,

it’s by far the best sound around!

 

I hope you’re not in a hurry,

or need to be far from here,

because unless you’re going to hurdle these sticks

it’s me who decides when to steer.
